A little story about our Dumplings…
Dumplings aka Jiao Zi (pronounced JE-OW ZI) are a traditional home cooked Chinese meal that signifies good luck, prosperity and happiness. It’s a long standing family tradition to spend an entire day together making Jiao Zi from scratch.
And in the process of creating these tasty little morsels, you celebrate all the good things in life with your loved ones. Chef and founder Jenny Yin decided it was time to spread the joy and welcome everyone into her family to enjoy her special dumplings. And thus Dumpling Haus was born.
So come on in, our Haus is your Haus!
